This recipe is easy to make, healthy and delicious! Cup noodles are so yummy and comforting but the kind that you might buy super cheap, isn't good for you. It's full of MSG's and nasty additives . So I created my own instead! Feel free to add whatever veggies you have in your fridge! Simply chop it finely and add.
I didn't add any measurements for the veggies because it all depends on what size your container is (remember that the container must be able to contain boiling water)! Fill it up as far as you prefer.
1/4 of a veggie broth cube
1 square/cube of noodles (rice noodles!)
1 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of curry, 1 tsp of sriracha
Veggies (finely chopped, sliced or shredded): Carrots, edamame beans, cauliflower, radishes, red peber, spring onion
