Oh my god...! This pasta is my new obsession! I wanted to create a healthy version of a cheesy, creamy, hearty pasta - and it turned out amaizng! It's seriously creamy AND healthy?! It's seriosuly cheesy AND plant-based?!

The "cheese"-sauce is based on potatoes - simple and healthy potatoes! And the pasta is gluten-free and made from chickpea flour (just use regular pasta if you prefer). Nothing "guilty" about this dish!
1 tbsp olive oil
250g pasta (whichever kind you prefer)
3 dl plant-based milk (and more if needed)
3 big tbsp nutritional yeast
the zest of 1 lemon
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic
2 handfull of parsley
salt and peber
