Happy new year! I hope that you feel grateful for 2017 and excited for what is to come in 2018. To me, new year resolutions is basically an illusion. The entire idea of a "new" year is difficult for me to understand. A year has ended and whatever happened in 2017 is just over and done with? and now a new year is starting so you can have fresh start and receive happiness?
Basically, that's just not true. Whatever happened in the past years will always be with us and you definitely don't need a whole new year to make a change!
