New series happening! Every monday I'll be posting a little motivation from me to you! It'll be anything that I feel is motivating and I hope you'll find some inspiration.
The first post in this series of monday motivation is going to be about going for those dreams and ideas you never really took serious!
Yesterday I graduated from my yoga education and now I'm officially a yoga instructor - Huraaaay!
I've been doing yoga for a couple of years now and I've always loved it. At some point in my practice I thought "Hmm it would be pretty awesome to be able to teach yoga some day". I kept pushing the thought away because it seemed unobtainable to me. Today I woke up as a certified yoga instructor.
"Dreams don't come true. They are made true"
I'm all for listenting to your gut and allowing whatever crazy thought that pop's into my head to grow. Sometime I still catch myself trying to shoot these ideas down "I'm not good enough to become an instructor" "It's too time consuming" "It's too expensive". Sure, there's always a thousand reasons why not to go for my dream or take these ideas serious.
But I've found so much happiness and personal reward in actually nourishing these dreams and ideas. Sometime's my ideas and dreams simply aren't meant to be carried out in life at this moment and then I leave in the back of my head for a later time. Instead of shooting them down, I do my best to put my thoughts into action and make them become a reality It takes hard work and motivation but by doing this, I realised that I can create my own life and design my own path.
Monday Motivation tip #1 : Give your dream a chance. Whether it's big or small, achieving it will change your life and leave you feeling in control and fulfilled.
